As a nursing student during the isolation of the COVID-19 pandemic, Clare experienced the challenges of studying alone—feeling overwhelmed and floundering without a strong support system. Reflecting on her past as an educator at TAFE and in early childhood, Clare realised that she found purpose and fulfilment in helping others learn and grow. Seeing the need for a nurturing, empowering space for nursing students, Clare created The Nursing Hive. Clare is here to empower nurses by building confidence, resilience, and skills—creating a nurturing environment for all to thrive.
